Unveiled last year at Dreamforce '23, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud was the latest addition to the pool of industries specialized Salesforce cloud products. It promised to add its own brand-new set of features to the inherited features of Health Cloud, with a focus on pharma, medtech and biotechnology, helping organizations optimize their operations, enhance patient engagement, keep up with regulatory compliance and accelerate drug and device development from research and development through commercialization.
Now halfway through the original roadmap, we explore what Salesforce has delivered and what exciting new features await us in 2025.
